Say that you may be rewarded
Wherever your link appears, say plainly that you may receive a referral reward if someone signs up. Put it near the link, not hidden at the foot of the page. In the USA this is an FTC requirement; in the UK the ASA expects the same; most other countries have similar rules. On social media also add the platform’s paid-partnership label or #ad where it applies.
Line you can use: “I may receive a referral reward if you sign up through my link. It costs you nothing extra.”
Every figure is a target
Return and drawdown figures are always called targets, never promises or expected results. Put the risk wording next to them, not in small print far away. Do not work out what a reader “would have made” or show compounding sums.
Line you can use: “The return and drawdown figures are targets, not promises. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Forex trading carries risk and you can lose money.”
Only the broker is regulated
Client money is held in the client’s own account with a regulated broker. High Capital Group itself must never be described as regulated, licensed or authorised.
No promises, ever
Never write that High Capital Group is guaranteed, safe, risk-free, passive income or a way to get rich. Never say a reader cannot lose money, and never use words like “sure thing” or “can’t lose”.
No advice
You are recommending a service, not giving financial advice. Do not tell anyone how much to invest, to move savings or a pension, or to borrow to invest. If someone asks whether it suits them, suggest they read the FAQ, speak to an adviser, or email support.
Check your local rules
Promoting investments is regulated in some countries. In the UK, for example, a financial promotion must be approved by an authorised firm, and EU countries have their own rules. If you or most of your readers are in the UK, the EU, Canada or Australia, email support before you promote, and follow your own country’s rules.
No spam
Only email people who agreed to hear from you. No bought lists, no scraped addresses, no mass messages in groups or comment sections, and no fake reviews. Solo ads are fine if the list owner’s subscribers opted in.
Use the brand as it is
Use the logo, banners and pictures without changing them. Do not register or use domains, social accounts or page names that include “High Capital Group” or look like ours, and do not pretend to be the company or its staff.
Paid search needs a yes first
Do not bid on “High Capital Group” or misspellings of it in Google or Bing ads unless support has cleared it with you in writing. Generic terms are fine if you follow the ad platform’s financial services policy.
What you can say, and what you cannot
When in doubt, use the middle column’s wording or ask support.
Fine to say
- “Your money stays in your own account with a regulated broker.”
- “You can withdraw at any time.”
- “The fee is charged only on profit, on a high water mark.”
- “The record is published on the Performance page.”
- “No martingale, grid or hedging.”
- “Here is why I looked at it.”
Only with the risk line
- The target monthly return.
- The target maximum drawdown.
- Past results and the losing-quarter record.
- A client’s words, quoted exactly.
- Your own results, if real, with “past results do not predict future ones”.
Never say
- Guaranteed, safe, risk-free, passive income.
- “You will make X a month.”
- “High Capital Group is regulated.”
- “Quit your job” or “get rich”.
- Sums of what someone would have made.
- That you are staff or speak for the company.
The risk disclosure to copy
Forex trading carries risk and you can lose money. The return and drawdown figures are targets, not promises, and past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Your money is held in your own account with a regulated broker. Only invest money you can afford to lose. I may receive a referral reward if you sign up through my link. It costs you nothing extra.
If something goes wrong
If you have posted something that breaks these rules, edit or remove it and tell support. We would much rather fix a line together than end a partnership. High Capital Group may end a partnership, and not pay rewards on referrals that came through misleading claims or spam.
